• Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The Gift Card has no cash redemption value and is not transferable or assignable.
• A CARPET PLUS Gift Card will expire after 24 months of consecutive nonuse and any remaining value will be forfeit.
• The CARPET PLUS Gift Card should be treated as cash.Please safeguard your CARPET PLUS Gift Card, in case of loss or theft, as CARPET PLUS is unable to replace it.
• If the purchase exceeds the amount of your gift card, the balance can be paid by any other acceptable payment option.
• You can obtain your Card balance or obtain information by calling 04 540640 or by e-mail info@carpetplus.biz.
• You are responsible for monitoring your Card balance and for ensuring that there are sufficient funds on the Card at all times to pay for Card Purchases
• Carpet Plus has the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained CARPET PLUS Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases. No fees are imposed upon purchase.
