Return/Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is subject to the following guidelines:
1) A receipt is required to all exchange/return items.
2) Exchanged/returned items should be unused and unopened with their original packaging.
3) For home accessories and home linen, the products should be exchanged/returned within 15 days from date of purchase.
4) Carpets should be exchanged/returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
5) Defected items due to personnel handling of factory default will be exchanged or returned
6) Products on clearance, best buy label, discounted or purchased during sale period or occasions cannot be exchanged or returned
7) We do not offer cash back
